Suremark can supply many of our pen components in a loose, pre or partially assembled form. The advantage of this is that it allows customers to self fill pens with their own inks and liquids for a variety of uses. For example in manufacturing processes, with custom inks or paints. Suremark also offer a bespoke service whereby we can fill and print our pens to customers specifications dependant on quantities.
small valve marker
The small valve marker has a generous 7ml capacity. It utilises the same plastic valve nib unit as the large valve marker with the reversible bullet/chisel nib. The valve control and steel agitator ball make this ideal for paint based inks. The pen requires filling and the nib unit to be pressed in (ideally with a hand press) and then vented.

The large valve marker has a generous 15ml capacity. It features a plastic valve nib unit with reversible bullet/chisel nib. The valve control and steel agitator ball make this ideal for paint based inks. The pen comes with the nib module swaged into the pen body. All thats required is the pen to be filled the nib pressed in (ideally with a hand press) and then vented.
Wide valve marker
The wide valve marker has a larger plastic body with screw top which makes repeated refilling easy. The pen has a capacity of 15ml and is supplied with a plastic agitator ball to help mix inks, with a 10mm nib. It is supplied completely in component form and requires only hand assembly making it extremely versatile and easy to use.
Broadtip marker
The Broadtip marker is ideal for dispensing solvent and water based inks and liquids, the fibre reservoir can hold 22ml of liquid. The 11mm nib provides excellent coverage.
The marker comes with the fibre reservoir inserted into the pen and the nib unit swaged into position. All thats required is for the ink/liquid to be filled and the nib inserted by hand.
Small plastic marker
The small plastic marker is suited to water and solvent based inks and liquids. The fibre reservoir has a 6ml capacity and can be supplied with a choice of bullet, fine or chisel nibs. The fibre rod requires filling, the nib inserting and the plug pressing into place (ideally with a hand press)
medium plastic marker
The medium plastic marker features a 7ml capacity and is available with a choice of felt bullet, or bullet and chisel tips. The fibre rod requires filling, the nib inserting and the plug pressing into place (ideally with a hand press)
Wide plastic marker
With a 7ml capacity and 5mm bullet nib the wide plastic marker is ideal for solvent and water based inks and liquids. The fibre rod requires filling, the nib inserting and the plug pressing into place (ideally with a hand press)
Metal marker
Available in component form is the suremark metal marker. Supplied as bottle, cap and metal marker ball head this can be filled with paint based inks and other liquids.
